Photos of Reuel's ranch half way between L.A. and San Francisco We have between 80 and 100 inches of rain this year on the ranch...shades of Washington....but the summers are wonderful. Mostly 80's with a nice breeze and some views of the distant ocean from the peaks. Turkeys, deer, coyotes and other wildlife are plentiful. My older son is staying there in a trailor working on fences and fruit trees as we plan where to build our home. Yes that is my son Gavin with the light beard and medium long blond hair. Many who knew me when I was younger say he looks a lot like me. He also loves the country and the ranch, he is camping out there now and helping with fencing and ranch work. We hope to have horses by next year! We are also trying to pick out a home site among the many acres to choose from. It is about 20 to 25 minutes from 4 towns so it has accessability but is very remote at the same time. It has been my dream for 30 years to own a ranch and its very rewarding to make this dream come true. I included a few more pictures, one with Patty's sister from New Mexico. You can see the woods and the meadows and the rock formations. Great riding and hiking country! I hope to raise the new family with the benefits of country life and share the magic with my friends.
