My great grandfather was pvt. perry oliver Loftis he was in co. g. of the 12th mississippi cav. I don't know much about him. he inlisted in Bluff Springs Alabama, in 1864 as he was 15 years old. he was serenderd with gen Richard Taylor
I belong to the pvt. wallace bowling camp 1400 S.C.V. in Laplata md. I am also in the 1st Maryland Cav. co B C.S.A. we are a small unit.
